AMC was founded with a single focus: find the right opportunities in South Florida real estate and develop them with quality craftsmanship, strategic vision and respect for the neighborhoods we build in.
Over a decade the firm has grown from a custom home builder into a diversified developer and owner. It holds income-producing commercial and residential property while bringing some of its most significant work, a 43-unit apartment community and a 248-unit affordable housing development, through entitlement.

Andres Gomez
Co-Founder & Principal
Andres brings deep expertise in South Florida real estate acquisition, development strategy and project management. Since co-founding AMC in 2014 he has overseen the delivery of multiple custom homes and the firm’s expansion into multi-family and commercial real estate.
Manuel Sanoja
Co-Founder & Principal
Manuel leads investment analysis, land rezoning and partnership strategy. His ability to identify undervalued assets and navigate Miami-Dade County’s regulatory landscape has been central to the company’s growth.
